Can I just say how proud I am of myself this time around? Last year my CIM training was awful (I hate to admit that, but I was a major slacker). This year I have done everything on my training schedule plus some! I feel strong, healthy, fit and happy. Knowing what I went through last year with my knee injury has really helped me stay on track. I don’t ever want to go through that again! Seeing some muscle definition has helped keep me on track with my strength training – about time!!
My run today was 9 miles; I ran to William Land Park. I have run around the park a few times, but I have never ran there from my place. Since I had to run 9 miles I figured today would be a good day to do that. Here is my route:

William Land Park is HUGE! There are so many things to do and so many running trails. I should run here more often!
Okay, so I am a little old and behind on things because I just recently discovered the Vine app. I decided to use it to show fun (at least to me) videos of my runs, training and cats – there are no cat videos yet but trust me there will be.
